Feeding the Families Program
The Feeding the Families program provides low-income families with fresh, nutritious produce along with community support and education about where and how their food is grown, and how to prepare or preserve it. The vegetables are purchased from Happy Heart Farm LLC.
Who is eligible to participate? Low‐income families throughout Larimer County. Low-Income as set by the federal government, 125% of the poverty level. For a family of three it is roughly $22,888 and a family of four $27,563. For additional details please refer to the Feeding the Family Application, located to the right.
